About the event
Join us for a magical morning which consists of rooftop yoga, meditation, cycle syncing workshop, and holistic bites. This pop-up event is open to all women who want to know themselves deeply and connect with their feminine energy. Workshop is intended to spread consciousness around cycle syncing and knowledge about the menstrual cycle, its phases, and the hormonal changes our body goes through each month. This, with the intention of empowering our guests and honoring our unique code.
We will start by setting an intention and connecting with our heart through a guided meditation. Then flow into a hip and heart opening focused Vinyasa that will create a deeper mind-body connection. We will reward our bodies with a yummy snack and close with a cycle syncing workshop where you will learn about the 24 hr. versus 28-day clock, hormones and how they affect our body, and the magic behind each…
